Sara Kennedy

Sara Rose Kennedy is a passionate cannaprenuer and plant-based marketer. She has been apart of the hemp and cannabis industry for many years. Through her company, In the Weeds Consulting, LLC, a global marketing consulting agency she has focused on growth strategies for emerging hemp, cannabis and variety of other plant-based oriented companies as they launch their businesses and establish their brands. Miss Rose has had involvement shaping many facets of the cannabis industry from seed-to-sale; as she has managed business operations in cultivation, production, distribution, dispensaries and in her marketing agency by bringing to market over 100+ brands. Witnessing first-hand what it takes to be successful in the space through fostering relationships with an avant-garde approach and utilizing her global and dynamic business experience for multiple thriving businesses. She is from Los Angeles originally and has a Business Degree from University of Redlands and an MBA from Pepperdine University – currently located in Las Vegas with her two dogs. Sara is now focusing her attention on new and emerging plant-based medicinal industries through new disruptive technologies for Functional Mushrooms, Psychedelics and other botanical particles.
