Kathy Leader

Kathy Leader is an artist, meditation teacher and creativity coach, living in Santa Barbara.

Born in South Africa, where she received her degree in visual arts and art education, Kathy has been practicing various styles of meditation for most of her adult life.

After moving to Los Angeles she established The Art Process Studio which focuses on bringing awareness to the transformative process of creativity, a space akin to the meditative state. In 2020, she relocated to Santa Barbara which she says reminds her of her home in Cape Town.

Kathy incorporates meditation into her art & creativity coaching which she facilitates at various places including Yoga Soup, Community Arts Workshop, her home studio and online.
